The Prettiest Apple Pie EVER
* Mix butter with sugar, vanilla and orange peel. Add egg and almond. Flour mixed with a soft dough. Add it gradually. * Spread the dough in a small baking pan 22/24 cm, prior to which it is spread with butter and sprinkle with flour. You cover it with baking paper. Place the tray in the refrigerator while preparing the cream. * For the cream, mix flour with sugar, vanilla and orange peel. Add egg yolks and a little milk. Stir to a smooth pulp. Pour the remaining milk and wine. Boil the cream and let it cool. Optionally you can use some instant vanilla cream or pudding. * With a vegetable peeler make ribbons of apples without removing their skin. * Wrap the strips of apple roses. * Pour the cream over oil dough and arrange it on each other roses from apples. * Glazing roses with slightly warmed apricot jam. Bake cake in preheated 180 * oven until the dough is baked and apples become golden. * Serve the cake cool completely. Enjoy your meal!
